I
can't even remember the number of times I used to sit through long
Church sermons wistfully imagining I was somewhere else playing a
videogame.
This isn't quite that. But in taking a game with a
chillout vibe and little excessive context of its own, Exeter Cathedral
have experimented with using Flower as a visual and participatory aid to
worship.
Whatever you believe in, I think its interesting how
this game appears to create an focus for reflection and meditation, much
like lighting a candle or listening to recorded natural sounds.
